12x36. Oil. I feel I must have salt water running through my veins. I just come alive when I am at the beach. This is another beautiful Maui beach along the Hana Highway.
20x24, oil. This is a studio painting inspired by a plein air piece I did while vacationing on the Grand Cayman. I've never seen clearer, bluer water.
24x18. Oil. The gorgeous beach is a studio piece I did from a plein air sketch. Waianapanapa must be one of the most beautiful places on earth.
16x20. Oil. These hearty souls were out in the 20 degree sunshine. I was too, but painted them in the comfort of my studio from my photo reference.
20x20. Oil. This little blondie ran up to and away from the waves for hours, it seemed. Never tiring of the game. Oh, the color of the ocean in Hawaii!
A tiny 5x7 oil painting of my hat. Poor thing has been stuffed into suitcases and paint bags for many events.
10x20, Magee Marsh
16x20. Another beautiful Maui Beach.
12x9. Oil. This little interior was a palette knife challenge. The entire painting was done with a palette knife alone. Fun exercise.
